Any violations of pool rules will result in loss of privileges to use our facilities by order of the board of directors.
Any unlawful acts will be reported to law enforcement.

This is a private pool with admittance by key card only. Residents must be in good standing (HOA dues paid and no outstanding violations) to have key card activated.
Guests:

Each household may bring a maximum of 4 guests to the pool at any time. Guests must always be accompanied by a resident. Owners are responsible for their children and guest’s behavior and for any property damage they cause. Owners are responsible for the safety of their children and guests.

Each homeowner may bring their children and their grandchildren.
Security and Safety and Pool Rules:
1 - No lifeguard is on duty! Users of this pool do so at their own risk!
2 - Children under the age of twelve (12) are not permitted in the pool unless a responsible adult (18 years of age or older) accompanies them.
3 - Children in diapers or who are not yet trained must wear rubber pants and/or swimmer diapers. Accidents will require shutting down and cleaning of the pool. Responsible homeowners will be responsible for this expense.
4 - Meadowpark HOA will not be responsible for accidents or injury in or around the pool. Pool is under a “Secure Gate Code” Texas Health and Safety Code § 757.004. Do not prop open the entry gate or the bathroom doors. Residents who open the gate for those who do not have a key card will lose their pool privileges.
5 - NO GLASS CONTAINERS. Accidents will require shutting down and cleaning of the pool. Responsible homeowners will be responsible for this expense.
6 - Use of this facility without authorization or after approved hours is subject to arrest for Trespassing.
7 - No one may tamper with or remove pool equipment or furniture. Removal of safety equipment is a violation of state law. Return furniture to the proper location.
8 - Security cameras are being used. They record the pool area and courts 24 hours a day.
9 - Diving is allowed only where permitted by sign. Diving is prohibited in all other areas.
10 - No running, foul language, horseplay, fighting, pets, bike riding or skateboarding in the pool area. Loud music or playing music with profanity is prohibited.
12 - Only apparel designated as swimwear can be worn in the pool.
13 - All trash must be placed in the containers provided. Please do not litter. Help keep Meadowpark litter free!
14 - No swimming is allowed during thunderstorms or inclement weather.
15 - Floats and similar toys are allowed unless there are more than 8 people in the pool.
16 - No commercial activities except with the Board of Directors approval.
17 - No soliciting.
WIFI: WIFI is available at the pool. WIFI name and password are posted in pool area.
