- Meadowpark HOA meetings are scheduled for the last Thursday of every month (HOA meetings are listed on the calendar under the "Booking the Clubhouse" tab).  

- Open meetings - The monthly meetings are open to all residents of Meadowpark.  

- When a meeting is closed - The HOA board may have to close the meeting to discuss private matters.  All residents will be asked to leave.
