About the HOA Board

  • The HOA Board is made up of six members, each serving a term of two years.  

  • Every year during the annual meeting, three board members are elected by the residents, either in person or mail in vote. 

  • No Board member my serve more than three consecutive terms.  

  • All board members are volunteers and cannot be compensated.  

  • The common duties of the HOA board are outlined in the Covenants, but below is a common list of responsibilities.  ​​

    • Managing HOA funds.  ​

    • Maintaining the common areas (pool, grounds, playgrounds, tennis courts, etc.)

    • Uphold the covenants and restrictions.

  • Joining the Meadowpark HOA is a great way to meet your neighbors, vendors/contractors we work with, and obtain an understanding of how your HOA works. 

  • There are many fine people working with us and we would love to have you on our team.

  • Elections are held during the annual meeting (usually in January).
